K.Sujatha after completing her graduation from Nagpur, went on to acquire Masters In Hospital Administration(MHA) from Indian Institute of Health Research Management Jaipur, which is one of the premier institute in our Country. Academically she has had an excellent track record and she is a Gold Medalist of her MHA degree.
She has a vast experience of 17 + years in hospital Industry. Before joining Kingsway Hospitals she was Center head of Wockhardt Hospitals, Nagpur for 13+ years, where she was heading 2 hospitals of Wockhardt group, Wockhardt Heart Hospital (50 bedded) and Wockhardt Multispeciality Hospital (120 bedded), and was responsible for overall management & business development for the hospital. She was also responsible for driving strategic assignments for the group in Nagpur region.
Under her leadership, her organization achieved various milestones namely they were 1st in the region to start Covid hospital in the private sector, was 1st hospital to start Cadaveric Transplant program in private sector and 1st corporate hospital to achieve NABH in the region, to name a few.
Prior to Wockhardt Hospitals, she worked with Fortis Hospital Noida.
She has also attended a two weeks Leadership Program at Harvard Medical International at Boston, USA in the year 2010. She has undergone ‘Change Acceleration Program’ organized by IIM in the year 2016.
Ms. Sujatha apart from being a Business Manager, loves to share her knowledge with professionals and students. She is a visiting faculty member at Datta Meghe Institute of Management, Nagpur. She was also Joint Secretary of the Vidharbha Hospital Association and working member of sub-committee of Association of Healthcare Provider India’s Maharashtra and Goa Chapter.
