A young, dynamic and charismatic leader, with smart intellectual. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a commerce graduate from University of Madras. Nilesh has over 10 years of experience in Healthcare Industry.
He was involved in almost every facet in finance – right from operational finance to corporate finance, treasury, strategy, financial planning, MIS, Due Deligence, Secretarial Functions, Corporate Governance, Internal Audit, Proprietary Audit and Statutory Compliances. He is proficient in evaluating and analyzing the organization’s Financial performance and provides recommendations on the impact of short and long-term strategies, areas for improvement and introduction of any new wings/business opportunities by providing current and expected future financial trends.
Prior to joining Kingsway, he has worked with Alexis Hospital as Head of Finance since 2016. In the past, he was associated with Vasan Healthcare Group and has spearheaded 8 states as Regional Head of Finance from 2011-2016.
